Common Questions
When do I receive my first payment? +
Between day 1 and 5 of the month following your first conversion. Start in March, get paid in April.
Does the 10% commission only apply while on discount? +
No. The 10% applies during the full 6 months, regardless of whether the subscriber is on discount or full price.
What if a subscriber cancels before month 3? +
You only earn commission for the months they actually paid. 2 months paid = 2 months of commission.
Can I use my own code for my personal subscription? +
No. Codes are for new external users only. Using your own code may result in immediate contract cancellation.
Is there a cap on how many users I can refer? +
No limit. No ceiling on commissions or tier level. The more conversions, the more you earn.
What if I don't hit 10 subscriptions in a month? +
You have 1 automatic grace month. If you don't hit the minimum that month either, the contract may be cancelled.
Is the contract renewable? +
Yes. 6-month renewable contracts. High performers get priority renewal and may qualify for improved terms.
