Common Questions
When do I receive my first payment?+
Between day 1 and 5 of the month following your first conversion. Start in May, get paid in June.
Does the 10% commission apply during the discount period too?+
Yes. The 10% base applies always — on the real amount paid by the user. If they're on 20% discount, commission is calculated on the discounted price.
What if a subscriber cancels before 30 days?+
Subscriptions cancelled before 30 days don't count toward your monthly goal or the 15% bonus. The base commission may be deducted from your next payment.
Can I use my own code for my personal subscription?+
No. Codes are for new external users only. Using your own code results in immediate contract cancellation and commission clawback.
Is there a cap on how many users I can refer?+
No limit. No ceiling on commissions or milestone rewards. The more active subscriptions you generate, the more you earn.
What if I don't hit 5 subscriptions in a month?+
You still earn 10% base on every subscription. The 15% bonus is not activated that month. You have 1 grace month if you miss the minimum two months in a row.
Is the contract renewable?+
Yes. 6-month renewable contracts. High performers get priority renewal. Milestone bonuses already paid are yours forever.
